adieu 2012

again (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) what a year.
this year the university project I worked for ended; I then studied more concentrated and somehow started my thesis (don´t ask); I totally got rid of the inspiration for more sad love songs and so I rarely found myself writing songs... maybe I should turn to more political issues in this field but I am afraid I´ll fail trying to; I´ve been to zimbabwe, which left me confused and I thought a lot and wrote about development cooperation, racism & whiteness which left me disenchanted; I spent a lot of time and felt at home; I dreamt of owning a house and almost did; I had the most drastic body experience including the deliriousness called birth and resulting in a love unfelt before, biggest.

I own an umrella named knirps 2000. and really,  I never thought I would ever enter a regenschirmfachgeschäft (umbrella shop just doesn´t sound that spectacular) in my life. but I did! because I like little specialist businesses that seem to come from another time.
on friday I´ll get my knirps back.

what a pity, I could not join the opening of my brothers exhibition yesterday. but if you are lucky enough to live near baden-baden don´t miss to see kreuz, kienitzer until november, 25.
